The neighbors also started walking very loudly and I was even more scared. I decided to call my friend, but my friend was not happy about my call because she was asleep. But we talked to her a little anyway and I calmed down. I went to the kitchen, drank sleeping pills and went to bed, after about 20 minutes I managed to fall asleep. Now I will never watch horror movies before going to bed. It is better to watch something kind and bright, for example a children's cartoon)
