How to be safe on the beach???

Hi all ! Doc Anna is in touch with you 👩🏼‍⚕️ and today we will talk about how to sunbathe properly without harm to health! Now is the season of flying adventures, vacations near the sea or ocean, and I myself will soon go on a trip! Everyone wants a beautiful, even tan, but not everyone knows how to sunbathe correctly, and most importantly, safely!
🏝Step one: prep your skin! We need to remove the keratinized particles of the skin, so that it can evenly accumulate melanin (begin to darken from the sun), you can use a home-made salt or coffee scrub, or get by with a massage in special gloves
🏝Step two: sunscreen! Many people think that without a cream they will tan faster and better, in fact this is a myth. Sunscreen only prolongs your safe exposure to the sun, but does not affect the color of your tan (unless, of course, your goal is the color of a lobster on a buffet, haha) There are rules on how to properly use SPF protection:
❗️ Apply the cream 20 minutes before you are going to sunbathe, give it time to absorb into the skin
❗️Update it every two hours
❗️ Do not apply the cream in a circular motion, it does not need to be rubbed.
🏝Step three: everything needs to be done gradually! Let your skin adjust, start with 20-45 minutes a day! 10-15 minutes before lunch and 15-20 after.
🏝 Step Four: Be sure to moisturize your skin after sunbathing! of course, you will like your chocolate color, but do not forget that our skin perceives excess melanin as skin damage and will try to get rid of it by exfoliating. Therefore, be careful not to use scrubs, hard washcloths, this can further injure the skin.
🧐 And, a little advice from me: if you have moles, before sunbathing, go to the doctor to know, maybe some of them need to be sealed with a patch or a special sticker when tanning, this will protect you from possible oncological diseases!
🌞 What was new for you? Admit it, do you always follow these rules? Have a safe holiday and a beautiful tan! Your Doc, Anna !💋👩🏼‍⚕️
