Rhythmic gymnastics for women
id: 10043450

Women's rhythmic gymnastics is a sport in which exercises are performed on four apparatus (vault, uneven bars, balance beam, floor exercise on the mat).
Gymnasts compete on large venues, including the Olympics, in individual all-around, individual apparatus finals and team events.
Competitors demonstrate balance, somersaults, rotations and somersaults with a special grace that requires strength, skill, artistry and flexibility. The musical accompaniment during the floor exercise makes the performances even more spectacular.
In all exercises performed by gymnasts in all competitions, difficulty and technique are evaluated according to the criteria of dynamics, jump height and distance to the apparatus.
The beauty of women's artistic gymnastics is that it reflects the complete harmony of elegance, courage and strength.
How do you feel about this sport? Would you like to see this magic not on TV, but in real life? Do you think this profession is appreciated?
Unfortunately, an ankle injury forced me to end my career, but despite that, I watch competitions every year with excitement. This sport has always been in my heart.
