I want to tell you how my birthday went
I woke up, did fitness and yoga
Then I made myself breakfast, my breakfast consisted of an omelet, a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, a couple of fruits.
After breakfast, I went for a jog, ran 10 kilometers, then I took a refreshing bath with oils
I took my Rottweiler for a walk before lunch
For lunch, I cooked seafood soup and asparagus with salmon fillet, I cook very well, as a child I talked with my mother every day, she worked as a chef in a very elite restaurant and she shared with me all her signature recipes. Therefore, I will cook only the best dishes for my future husband!
After lunch, I usually go to the gym, even at such a difficult time, I keep my body in shape, I want my future husband to enjoy, admire me, I will do everything for this, so that he is proud of me.
after the gym, I go to the grocery store and buy only proper nutrition: fruits, vegetables and meat, I do not use purchased sauces like ketchup or mayonnaise, sometimes I can afford to cook some sauce myself! After that I go home and make myself dinner, every day I have dinner differently, today I ate low-fat cottage cheese with fruit!
After dinner, I am engaged in self-development, I read foreign literature and learn foreign languages, I really like French and Spanish, they are very passionate languages, they suit me by nature, they are just like me, the same passionate and hot
