Have you ever had a cramp in the pool?? Recently I went swimming in the pool, it was very deep. I swim very well, but despite this I almost drowned. It was like this, I decided to go to the pool to relax a little, swim. The water was very cold and I had a very strong cramp on my leg. I started to flounder violently and scream for help, but at that time no one was around. Fortunately, after about 15 seconds, the cramp released me and I calmly got out of the pool. I was very scared and didn't dare to go into the pool anymore. To be honest, this happened to me for the first time in my life. I know perfectly well that very often people have a cramp in cold water and many die from it. At that moment, my whole life flashed before my eyes, I wanted only one thing, to get out of this damn pool.
