1. Define a big mission
Once you reach your goal, you will never be the same again. For this, it is not enough just to set a goal. You must have a mission. The more global it is, the more confidence and perseverance you will have to go further. When you understand that the whole company depends on you, your family, friends, clients, people, you have more power. You become more persistent.
2. Surround yourself with people who have already achieved a similar goal.
When you set a goal, you must believe that you can achieve it. The most powerful way to do this is to immerse yourself in the right environment. These should be people who have already achieved what you want.
3. Develop dynamic thinking
We often get in the way of ourselves in achieving our goals. More specifically, our ego. As soon as we stop proving something to ourselves or others and concentrate on developing the skill, everything works out. It speaks of dynamic thinking. You challenge something new and perceive failure as an incentive to grow. You strive to always go beyond your abilities.
4. Create a schedule
Think it doesn't work for you?
So your to-do list has weaknesses:
To avoid this, you need to plan every day. Prioritize tasks.
Make a clear schedule of what you need to do today to get closer to your goal.
5. Share with others
The fastest and most effective way to understand and remember something is to transfer the acquired knowledge to other people.
6. Bet
"I must (on) reach X for Y. Otherwise I will do Z."
People are more motivated when they have something to lose. State your goals publicly. Your reputation is the strongest motivator.
Being motivated and reaching your goals is easier than you think. Especially if you set yourself only 1-3 main tasks.
