Think about what brings you sensual pleasure. Do you enjoy classical music? Buy a ticket for a concert that will be held at the Philharmonic. Do you love delicious food? A gastronomic evening is something that will bring maximum satisfaction. Love extreme? Go to an amusement park and ride a rollercoaster. Or, if possible, jump from a height on an elastic rope - bungee jumping will not leave anyone indifferent.
Move away from templates
Surely at some point you noticed that your life has become a routine, lost its novelty and surprise. Weekdays consist of going to work and returning home, weekends are boring and monotonous in the four walls of the apartment. Every day you overcome the same route, do the usual things, communicate with the same people. It is not at all surprising that the brain begins to work on autopilot, not expecting any changes. To wake him up, you need to break the vicious circle and move away from patterns. To do this, you do not need to perform any extreme actions, the usual little things will be enough - order lemonade in a cafe, and not the usual coffee, walk to work on foot, and not take the bus, put on a shirt for a walk with friends, not a T-shirt. But for the day to be truly outstanding, break several patterns at once - so you will definitely remember it.
Look for happiness everywhere
Even if the black stripe in life does not want to change into white and apathy has attacked you, you can find something that will cause a sincere smile and gratitude. Look around: surely every day events, people or things make you a little happier, you just need to notice it. Start keeping a diary of good times. Every day, write down a few things that bring you pleasure and joy. It can be a conversation with a good friend, a cup of aromatic coffee on the terrace of your favorite cafe, praise from management, a gift from a loved one, a smile from a passerby on the street. Try to describe what feelings and emotions you experienced at that moment and, if possible, illustrate the situation with photographs and sketches.
Take care of yourself
Very few people admit to themselves that the reason for their bad mood, apathy, self-doubt lies in a bad figure. However, often it is poor physical shape that becomes the main source of trouble.
If you know that you have extra pounds and want to get rid of them, use the summer for its intended purpose. This is a great season to lose weight - during the heat, appetite automatically decreases, daily walks in the park or along the promenade contribute to the loss of kilojoules, stimulate the circulatory and cardiovascular system, and the fruit and vegetable season is rated much safer in terms of calories than the season when cookies and sweets are on the "food Olympus". Don't forget about physical activity - morning jogging, cycling to work, yoga on the lawn near a private house, body flex on the loggia on the weekend - now you are already in great shape. And in the summer you can learn a new sport: paragliding, windsurfing, parachuting and much more. Choose the direction that you have long dreamed of, and forward to a beautiful, healthy body!
Test yourself in action
On the Internet, you can find a wide variety of to-do lists for the summer. Use one of them or create your own. However, you need to act quickly, without thinking or planning, otherwise the idea will never turn into a realized goal.
Can you roller skate from the beginning to the end of the park? Will you be able to draw a picture with paints? Are you strong enough to do 20 push-ups? These questions cannot be answered theoretically. You need to try, strive, take risks - only in this case everything will work out. But lying on the couch, you can only dream, but not budge. Remember: events remain in memory, but fruitless reflections don't.
Make jam from joys
In summer, we experience the most positive emotions. So that they are imprinted in memory and remembered for many years, they can be saved like your favorite jam in a jar. How to do it?
