Because when we are relaxed, our energy is filled with 100 percent, and it multiplies. Familiar? In tension, we lose our energy and stop accumulating it.
I remember my feeling when "I want to relax, but the tension does not let go." Probably, each of us has experienced this at least once in our lives? Then I flew to warm countries on the azure coast of the ocean, but even that didn't help)))
And what helped to relax? The answer is illness. Who will put you under a blanket, give you tea and make you take care of yourself.

Living in suspense has become a habit. Especially in recent months.Always be ready, hustle, hurry...And take care of yourself only when you're sick... How many have now recognized themselves in these words?
Relaxation should become a habit.
Meditation, sports, yoga, creativity, communication with interesting people relax me....
