I try to track negative thoughts, change them and control them. And this is a lot of work and if you succeed, be sure to thank yourself.

Every day we plunge into a huge flow of information, both positive and negative.
In the morning we listen to the radio or TV, go to various social networks, see something happening on the street, delve into the story that our relatives, colleagues, acquaintances or friends broadcast to us.
We read news or chronicles on the Internet and so on.
All this information flows into our brain in a dense stream, and settles into the subconscious.
The negative flow of information forms a negative attitude towards life and others.
Unfortunately, this has become so commonplace that we do not even notice how we become participants in a negative conversation, or how we cannot part with negative feelings for several days after the information received.
In such a stream, we do not hear ourselves, we do not hear our thoughts, but we accept strangers and live on.
