I would say that this is a dish of hot countries. A great summer snack. On a hot summer day with a piece of bread is the very thing. So... while I was cooking, I received a lot of comments and a question from girls living abroad. Starting from questions about the frying pan (I fried a gas grill with a hole in the pan, such a special bagel), ending with questions about the degree of stewing sauce, spices, etc. 👌 👌 👌

This is the only thing that made me think that for us, Moldovans, this is a common dish for every day and most likely, readers from Moldova will not even look at the article, but for someone, perhaps this is a whole new culinary world. Just like caprese salad, for them, Italians, it's just a daily salad, just tomatoes with mozzarella cheese and olive oil, they don't faint from it, just like from panzanella salad, they just eat them daily, not like us... Oh, caprese... Oh, Bella Italia.... Oh, belissimo... it's just a salad... 😉 😉 😉
