Flight attendants have a frenzied and completely unpredictable schedule, quite often it's fours (four routes a day), night flights, early turnouts and a constant change of time zones.
We need regular sports
Flight attendants by profession should be strong and hardy. This means that regular exercise is a prerequisite, otherwise you won't be able to stand it at such a job!



📍 I personally work out in the gym and go to the pool 🏊♀

From my first salary, I bought myself a subscription to a fitness club.

And I try to do sports 2-3 times a week.



Basically, I have my own training program, I rarely attend group ones.⠀

30 minutes on the treadmill

50 in the gym

20 swimming pool, followed by relaxation in saunas and in the bath
