exercise keeps the body toned, sports improve the quality of sleep, which means it will be much easier to wake up in the morning.
Sport is a panacea for everything from feeling unwell to insecurity. The human body is not able to exist fully without physical activity, and the sooner a person realizes this, the greater the service to himself.
