Wedding and Wedding Banquet.

My old friends from university were getting married.
I thought it would be fun and I should come and spend time with my friends.

The ceremony was beautiful, and the first 2 hours of the banquet were fun too. But it turned out that the bride's mom was nuts and she wasn't invited for a good reason...
The banquet was held outdoors. Beautiful garlands were strung between the trees, there were candles on the tables, everything was perfect.

Until the bride's drunken mother showed up and started quoting religious tracts. She called the groom a "devil worshipper who kidnapped her daughter."

At first, the bride didn't want to call the cops and asked us all to just escort her out - and we gladly agreed.
She left screaming and swearing.
After about 15 minutes, we all raised our glasses when we heard someone yell:

"Oh my God, the tables are burning."

A bunch of people rushed out to find a source of water while others tried to put out the fire with a tablecloth. It took the efforts of about 15 people to finally put out the fire with towels and tablecloths.

One of the girls' hair caught on fire as she tried to help, and she received minor burns on her cheeks, ears, and neck.
Guess, if you can, whose mother was found unconscious behind one of the oak trees nearby, with a can of lighter fluid...

That night she was arrested on a charge that stretched to a criminal conviction, the next morning, she woke up in her cell and started begging her daughter (fiancée) to bail her out. Her mom had to do five years because of her stupidity.
