I often find that I see in people's eyes complete despair and despair... And I understand what happens to them because I myself have faced this condition on more than one occasion... When you don't want to eat... you don't want to drink... You don't even want to get out of bed... Sometimes you don't even want to get up and go to the bathroom... and sometimes you don't even want to open your eyes... What to do about it?

You have to have faith and find the anchor of a ray of sunshine that can take you to the end of the hallway where happiness is waiting for you... joy... your loved ones... loved ones... relatives... What makes you happy... What makes you alive! What makes you do the real thing. What makes you real in an unreal world... After all, life is life... to feel both joy and pain and disappointment...

So get up and FEEL!!!
