Preparing for Meditation
1. First of all, you need to ventilate the bedroom well. Give this process at least 20 minutes, and then ask your family members not to disturb you during this time.
2. Try to get rid of various thoughts, problems and experiences. You need to completely cleanse your consciousness, while remembering that you are helping to cleanse not only yourself, but also your relatives.
3. Be sympathetic towards your loved ones and to all other acquaintances or strangers.
4. It is recommended to turn off the electric light and light a candle. This will allow you to focus on the session and get more out of it. It is better to keep a lit candle about two meters away from you.
5. If you plan to also set up your child's upcoming day, then try to put him to bed in advance. Then sit next to him and take his left hand. Often, excessive arousal and activity can cause sleep disorders. The child has difficulty falling asleep, may wake up at night or even cry in his sleep. This may indicate that his brain continues to “digest” information and conduct active work, which makes it difficult for him to wake up in the morning and, as a rule, he gets up in a bad mood. As a result, the brain does not rest and is forced to work without rebooting.
6. After that, you need to turn on any spiritual music. It can be prayers, singing of holy divine names. It is very important here that it is a holy person who sings the songs, then it is easier to create an atmosphere of lofty mood around oneself.
7. You should try not to move during the entire session, so it is recommended that you sit on a chair, bed, or mat. Meditation should not be done lying down.
8. Starting a session, you, first of all, need to try to sincerely let go of all grievances. Try to forgive your loved ones, as well as other people who gave you certain experiences. Make a full analysis of the past day and fully repent of your mistakes, failures or wrong actions. Concentrate for a while on the holy names and prayers that can clear your mind and consciousness.
9. After that, try to mentally dwell on some joyful events, while approaching them quite selectively. Share joy and love with your relatives and with all the people around you. Do not turn off the music, let it continue to sound quietly. If you feel any unresolved issues starting to pop up in your mind, immediately remind yourself not to litter your own mind with junk consisting of worries, fears, panic, anxiety, longing, or a predisposition to failure.
10. Next, again try to focus on the sound of the music and begin to repeat with love and joy the words of the prayer in which the divine names are glorified. It is recommended in complete humility to wish all people happiness and do this until you actually begin to feel like a happy person.
11. Try not to be distracted by any noises and extraneous sounds coming from neighboring rooms, such as phone or TV sounds. You need to set yourself up for clean and restful sleep, so put your best effort into it.
12. After the end of meditation, you should immediately go to bed, warning your family members about this.
13. Falling asleep, think only about the good, and that very soon your life will begin to change and become much happier and more harmonious.
If you make it a rule to conduct such meditations every day before going to bed, then soon your character will become peaceful and free from various experiences, anxieties and anxieties. You can feel that your life is filled with meaning and begins to change for the better, and this will certainly affect all its areas.
