In my opinion, it helps us maintain the body strong, active and fit. It helps us to become disciplined and organized. Fortunately, sports are becoming more and more popular in our country. Most people visit the gym, are fond of running, swimming, boxing, tennis or volleyball. Some love lonely workouts, others prefer team sports or grouping.
As for me, I like to go to the gym to train my muscles, I also go to Pilates to develop my flexibility, because when a woman is flexible is very good! But I go to karate classes to be able to protect myself.
And at school I loved to play volleyball. This game needs to be careful and fast. I was a captain of the school team and participated in competitions. Sometimes we lost, but most of the victories were for us !!
I really can't imagine my life without sports! I like to feel strong, young and healthy!
