All you need to prepare is:
- a tablespoon of instant coffee
-80 milliliters of water
-50 grams of sugar
-mixer
In order for the dessert to turn out magnificent, the water must be at room temperature.
We take a deep bowl, pour sugar into it and pour water.
And then patience and the work of the mixer. The mixer should run at maximum power.
Beat our mixture until a dense foam and gradually add sugar, without turning off the mixer.
After pouring the sugar, we continue to beat our mixture for another 5 minutes until a creamy texture.
And now, it's done.
Is there any benefit to this sweetness? Unlikely. But it will give a boost of energy and will appeal to everyone who loves coffee.
