What is yoga?

Yoga in a broad sense means a set of various mental, spiritual, and physical practices.
I do not practice yoga professionally, but I really like it as a training. In my free time, I pay attention to yoga, turn on various videos and exercise. It's exciting and rewarding.
If you think that yoga is about respect and love, you are right, but yoga is something more.
If you think that yoga means sitting on nails, swallowing fire and being able to get off the ground, you are also right. Because according to the degree of yoga practice, unusual phenomena and abilities sometimes arise, which in real yoga are considered side effects and are not given much importance, since they are not the goal.
Yoga is a science. A science that has been studying the Body, Breath, Mind, Memory, Intellect, Ego and our real self for several millennia. Such knowledge is not available in schools or institutes. And everyone discovers this science for himself. How to preserve enthusiasm, love, naturalness, cope with fear, hatred, anger and understand - where all this comes from - that is, Yoga.

So, I advise you to try it at least once - your body will thank you.
