HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE BROWNIE WITH NUTS
INGREDIENTS
150 dark chocolate at least 73%
1 orange (peel)
60 g wheat flour
100 g of sugar
3 eggs
10 g of cocoa powder
80g butter 82.5%
5 g baking powder
100 g of walnuts
DELICIOUS CHOCOLATE BAKING: BROWNIE RECIPE WITH NUTS: STEP-BY-STEP RECIPE
Prepare all the ingredients for making brownies. Remove the butter from the refrigerator so that it becomes soft.

First, melt 150 g of dark chocolate at least 73% in a steam bath, stirring constantly, and add 80 g of soft butter 82.5% to it. Stir, remove from the steam bath and leave to cool for 5 minutes.

Take 3 eggs, beat them in a deep dish, add 100 g of sugar and beat well. You can use a mixer or a kitchen machine with a nozzle. We do not recommend reducing the amount of sugar, because you will not get the characteristic chewy consistency of brownies inside. Pour the melted chocolate and butter into the egg mixture. Beat with a mixer to a uniform consistency.
Chop the nuts (100 g) with a knife. Divide into two parts - one will be used for the dough, the other - sprinkled on top. Grate the peel of one orange without touching the white part of the citrus, because it will be bitter. Add to the dough and mix again.

Pour 60 g of wheat flour into a deep bowl, add 10 g of cocoa powder and 5 g of baking powder. Pour all this into the chocolate-egg mixture and beat with a mixer. Add one portion of nuts and mix with a silicone spatula.

Cover the baking form with parchment. This is a necessary condition so that it does not stick during the baking process. We took a form with a diameter of 22 cm. Transfer the dough, level it with a silicone spatula, and sprinkle the second part of nuts on top. Bake for 35-40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. The surface of the brownie should be covered with a crust. Then take it out of the oven, let it cool completely, and only then take it out of the mold and cut it into pieces.
