Recently, I often began to notice that my boss finds fault with me. I work in the public sector. Sometimes I do not have time to find out that some kind of innovation has been introduced, so he reproaches me.

But I'm not alone, other colleagues suffer, especially girls. If I try at work at all, I work well, the manager knows about it.
Sometimes he tells me what clothes to wear to work. But why just me?

What do you advise to do? What is the reason for his dissatisfaction with me? Maybe he wants something more and so shows attention? How can I deal with this?
