Success, family, achievements, children, acquaintances and friends are your reflection! The main thing is to be resourceful and then everything around you will change with you. You may even have to start something from scratch, but you live here and now and everything new is a success!

When I talk to my partners and students there is a fear of the new, of the unknown. YES! I agree the unknown is scary, but if you want to change yourself, you need to move forward! You shouldn't look back and regret the past! Give thanks with ease for what has been and start a new round of life! It doesn't matter what it will be: a change of profession, a new project, a new relationship or even a new day! You are worth it and you can do anything!

Live with ease and most importantly be honest with yourself!
