How to find your hobby
id: 10041739

To find a hobby to your liking, it is very important to listen to yourself, to your desires, carefully observe your thoughts and actions. Each of us has something that brings us joy and makes us feel better.
The first thing to start with in order to decide on the direction is to pass a psychological test to identify temperament according to I.P. Pavlov. A simplified version will determine what temperament you have and will help you better understand which area you are moving into.
If you have a weak and unbalanced psychotype of nervous activity, creative hobbies are better for you; if you are a strong and emotional psycho type, perhaps you should consider social activities (theater or dance). Sports hobbies will suit a strong unbalanced psychotype.
The test result will not give an exact answer, so it is recommended to have a notebook in which you will write down the moments that pleased you, brought you confidence and any other positive emotions for a whole week (here you need to try to organize yourself). At the end of the week, analyze your answers and divide them into groups: physical activity, creativity and cooking, communication with people, communication with nature, communication with technology, communication with the world of words and music. Try to move in the area where you get the most positive feedback.
