Top 3 morning bad habits that make your day go haywire
id: 10048885

Morning hours can set us up for a productive day, add energy, improve mood, which will positively affect how we live the whole day, our motivation and success in business, solving problems and just communicating with loved ones.

But the opposite is also true. You can start your day rushed, dissatisfied, feeling sleep deprived, tired, irritated and risk ruining your day quickly. Have you thought about how you spend your morning, how it can affect your mood for the whole day, and as a result for the whole week and all your life?

1.💛 Reading the news and checking social media
What we focus our attention on is where we direct our energy. Keep this in mind when immersing yourself in the morning with negative news or browsing insignificant information on social networks. Instead, think about what inspires you. Choose those books, blogs or channels that motivate and charge with positive.

2 💛Late rise
You put off getting up until the last moment, and then you start rushing around the apartment in search of your lost lipstick, in horror you notice a stain on the skirt you were going to wear, and frantically look for a replacement for it. Then you headlong fly out of the apartment without having time to have breakfast and forgetting something.

It is not difficult to guess that such a morning can spoil your mood for the whole day. Stop rearranging your alarm for the sake of it and give yourself the opportunity to take your time - believe me, this will give you much more than a few extra minutes of sleep.

3. 💛Sweets for breakfast
Cereals, waffles, muffins and chocolate. Eating goodies for breakfast is nice, but, alas, they contain a lot of sugar, which causes lethargy, irritation and a feeling of hunger soon after eating. So try to find a healthier replacement for these insidious foods that will give you energy, vigor and strength for a productive and enjoyable day.
