1. 🚩Set the mood
Remember what brings you joy and start the day from there. For example, you can feel gratitude for waking up in a soft bed, warm, next to your loved one (or cat).
2.🚩 Immediately after waking up, take care of your body
Take a contrast shower, do a facial massage and stretch from the heart. Most importantly, do it with pleasure. Buy something that will make you happy and motivate you to take care of yourself.
3. 🚩Start exercising (at least a little)
I know it's not always easy to force yourself to exercise in the morning. In fact, you should not force yourself to do the impossible or uncomfortable. To get started, just do your favorite exercises for at least five minutes a day to feel much better. After all, five minutes a day is 35 minutes a week, almost a full workout.
Over time, you will “get involved” and increase the time by another five minutes and so on. Any psychologist will confirm that switching attention to physical activity helps you learn how to deal with negative thoughts, feelings and fears, begin to manage your emotions and be more conscious in choosing reactions.
4. 🚩Have fun
What we most often do not think about in the morning in a constant rush is to remember to please ourselves. It can be as personal care, for example, a face mask, as well as a delicious breakfast, a cup of coffee on the balcony or a cheerful song, communication with your loved ones.
