📖Scientists in Austria conducted a study of more than 2,000 Britons aged 16 and over, who over the course of two months reported to scientists how happy or anxious they felt in the day immediately prior to each weekly survey.
📖Participants devoted their leisure time to one of seven entertainments:
listened to music
watched movies
read books
read magazines
played video games
listened to audiobooks
watched TV
📖The study found that those who preferred paper or audio books felt happier or more anxious than those who did not. But among fans of music, TV and video games, there was a reduced level of happiness!
📖The researchers concluded that what type of leisure a person uses and for how long - greatly affects the feeling of happiness!
📖Does this mean that you need to completely stop watching TV or serials? I don't think...
📖It is much more effective to simply combine leisure! Today Read a book before bed. Second day - watch your favorite series.
📖And in this way your happiness level will be at the same level. And stability is always very good, isn't it?
