1️⃣ feet tilting inward. The feet are directly related to posture. And a violation of one entails a violation of the other.
2️⃣ lower back pain during exercise or while sitting.
3️⃣ asymmetrical pelvic position. If you take a picture in your underwear, you can see as if one side of your pelvis is higher than the other.
4️⃣ bulging belly at normal weight.
5️⃣ different buttocks. Muscles of different size, you can also see this in photos in underwear.
6️⃣ protruding shoulder blade - one or both.
7️⃣ during a workout, one side feels better than the other (for example, you feel one buttock, the other does not).
