🪞For example, imagine standing in front of the mirror and saying, "Oooooh, something I look terrible, look, wrinkles and generally oh man, oh man, what a fucking ugly I am!" Your friend/husband/girlfriend/relative is standing/lying/sitting next to you, and that person automatically gets all of this in their subconscious.
🙅🏼♀️There are no situations like this, well, I can't list them all. There's absolutely everything that goes into it: weight, height, skin, hair. You know, right? What can we say somewhere in society, especially in the society of your man. And what do we naturally expect in response? Well, of course, the compliment: "Honey, you are the most beautiful, young, energetic, slender, and your hair is shiny and your skin is velvet."
🤦🏼♀️ That can be, yes, quite vital. But all the bad things you say about yourself are put off by the person next to you. And his opinion of you is formed from your own words. First your environment, or take your man as an example, will convince you otherwise, but at one point will just be silent, agreeing. Or worse, he will compare you to those who are more beautiful, younger and slimmer. How about this turn of events? 😲
So, my dear, appreciate yourself, love yourself and be sure to say only good things about yourself. You'll see, and people will consider you as you say about yourself 💁♀️
What do you think? Well, you've had some of those instances too, haven't you? 😂
