Why do you need 8 hours of sleep?

We spend ⅓ of our lives sleeping. It's about 30 years old! What for? After all, you can do a lot more by imperceptibly cutting your sleep time by 1-2 hours, a little later - by 3-4. Just an hour less - that's already 7 hours a week! Almost a whole working day that can be spent on your favorite hobby, friends or the same job. Why not, if it will bring benefits?

STICK TO THE FOLLOWING REM SLEEP TECHNIQUE.

1. Relaxation should precede sleep. To do this, push all problems and worries aside, give way in your mind for 10-15 minutes to thoughts of beauty, listen to pleasant music.

2. Do not overload the stomach and intestines before going to bed, because during sleep the body will spend energy not on recovery, but on food processing.

3. Get special sleep accessories: a special pillow with aromatic herbs.

4. Take a warm shower or, better, a bath before going to bed: the water perfectly “washes away” fatigue, emotions and impressions experienced during the day, and relaxes the body.

5. Take care of a warm bed (sleeping in the cold is much worse).

6. Develop the habit of the body to sleep for 5 hours a day. This usually takes about a month on average.

7. Set aside one day a week when you can sleep "for the future."

8. Go to bed before 24:00. At this time, the body falls asleep faster and better and gets enough sleep.
As you can see, all of the above rules are based on three basic components of healthy sleep: the organization of a bed, sleep conditions, mood for sleep.
