The alarm clock is ringing. Pick up your phone, it's 5:15 am. Sigh, get out of bed.
The sun is just rising outside the window. Go to the kitchen, make coffee. Take an invigorating drink, go out to the balcony.
The whole city is asleep. The cool morning air hits your nose. The birds are not singing yet. Silence all around. The day didn't really start. And everything seems to be great.
Before the commotion starts, nothing happens. No stress, no problems. Everything is great. And those moments are the most underrated moments in life. However, even during a chaotic day they are enough.
When you get out of the shower after a workout. When you look at a beautiful sight that takes your breath away. When you smell dew and grass under your feet.
At times like this, everything is great. However, “everything is fine” is not because of the moment itself, but because you completely surrender to it and are aware of it.
Now back to the question. We forget that any moment can be like this. Breathe in. And as you exhale, remind yourself that everything is fine now.
