It is necessary to pay attention to the fact that there are many examples of people taking a puppy or a kitten, and after a while, having played enough or faced with a number of difficulties, they simply throw the pet out into the street. This is a cruel and low act, since the animal is not to blame for the fact that the owner overestimated his strengths and capabilities, but for a small creature this becomes a difficult, unbearable ordeal.

The animal, once on the street, experiences great suffering due to the fact that it is not able to take care of itself, and most importantly, it misses its owner immensely. The dog has lived with people since the very beginning of mankind. For example, rescue dogs help rescuers get people out of the rubble; guide dogs help people with weakened and poor eyesight walk; service dogs guard various important objects; decorative dogs such as Pekingese, toy terriers give people aesthetic pleasure. At the time when the Great Patriotic War was going on, dogs of wounded soldiers from the battlefield.

A huge number of drivers, having knocked down a cat or a dog, simply leave and behave as if nothing had happened. The animal lies and suffers on the road, waiting for help that will never come to it. And then the question arises: “Who can be called an animal in this case: a stray dog ​​that suffers all its life or a person who dooms a living and once beloved creature to torment?” Among the features of the behavior of stray dogs, they distinguish that they stray in packs and become extremely dangerous.
Recently, cases of homeless animals attacking people have become more frequent. For example, in our town such animals attacked adults and children more than once. What is it: protection or revenge?

This problem is very common in our city. And you encounter it almost every day when, for example, you return home. Homeless animals (mainly dogs) are most often found in remote areas of the city in the yards of houses: near garbage containers (in search of food), on the porches of shops, near car garages, under which they often live. This is a danger to all people, especially, in my opinion, children who love to spend a lot of time on the street with their peers. Homeless animals dying in the streets are a model that gives an idea of ​​​​what is happening across the country. Where is the guarantee that this will not happen to people in the future? We must solve this problem. For example, in developed countries, the living of pets on the street is unacceptable, as this leads to suffering and death of animals and is considered the maximum sadism towards them. This is an axiom understandable to all sane people. In Russia, there are no originally wild populations of dogs and cats, but only domestic dogs and cats thrown out by their owners or their descendants.
