First, choose a place where you can distract yourself. When you come to this place, do not drive away difficult events from yourself, but on the contrary, feel them, accept them for yourself and realize. I know it hurts, but the point is to feel the fullness of the emotions that torment you.
In the next moment, imagine that a month has passed since this moment, you have tried and lived it in your imagination. How or how do you see yourself and how do you feel? Compare your feelings with the original ones and you will realize that it has become a little easier.
Then imagine that half a year has passed and ask ourselves the same questions. You should feel how the pain is dulled and you live on. And finally the next point of reference - one year has passed.
