Tea with cinnamon and apple
Adding a few thin slices of fragrant apple and a stick of cinnamon to black or green tea is quick. Warm and fragrant autumn tea is ready in three minutes.

Autumn spices
To fresh black tea, add: a stick of cinnamon, 2-3 cloves, 0.5 teaspoon of nutmeg. Pour boiling water over everything and let it infuse. The drink should be filtered before consumption. You can sweeten with honey.

Sea buckthorn tea with an apple
Ingredients (for 1 serving): 40 g of fresh or frozen sea buckthorn, 30 g of apple (quarter), 1/2-1 tsp. honey, 250 ml of water.
Method of preparation: the apple must be finely chopped. Place sea buckthorn, apple and honey in the prepared container, pour cold water and heat for 15-20 minutes over low heat, without bringing to a boil. Then let it infuse for 3-5 minutes.
