1.If you receive a mail or message from a colleague outside of working hours and it is not of serious importance, then answer it tomorrow. Set boundaries for when your friends or colleagues can call you during non-working hours.

2.If you have to use a computer at work all day, take small breaks during which you walk and do small physical exercises. This will give your brain and body some rest.

3.Turn off your cell phone at night. If possible, do not use the alarm clock on your phone, otherwise you will immediately start checking social networks when you wake up.

4.You don't have to reply to everyone's messages immediately. Some conversations are better not to start at all, especially in the case of communication with Internet trolls.

5.If reading books is too difficult or your eyes get tired while working on the computer, turn on the radio or podcasts.
