#1. Your posture & catwalk
Straight back and right posture will make you feel more confident, and other people will take you seriously without any additional efforts. But when you slouch, it is the first thing that people notice when you walk into the room. It makes them think that you want to hide from others.
Right now do this simple task: stand up, straighten your back, shoulders back, look forward and put your chin a little bit up. Congratulations, now you have everything under control and you can do anything!
And now, start walking. Don`t forget about your posture, of course. Move confidently and feel proud of literally every step you do. Well, to tell the truth, if good posture and confident walk were included in basic human needs, this world could be much better…
Right posture it is the thing that makes you feel confident about yourself at any moment. I guess, that there is no need to tell about the benefit it brings to your health.
#2 The art of eye contact
Don’t be afraid of keeping an eye contact. Always look into eyes of your interlocutor during conversation, even if it is a stranger and he asked you how to find the railway station.
An eye contact both help you to become more self-confident person, and also able to make others think so.
Brave people always win. Don’t hide your eyes and don’t look away. It is easy to get used to this, start from looking into your own eyes when you pass the mirror or showcase.
#3 Skillful conversation
Your speech should be loud enough, pronounce the words clearly and legibly. Don’t cut your words off halfway, and never let anyone to interrupt you (in turn, don’t interrupt anyone yourself).
Remember that you shouldn’t feel shame or guilt for your own words, and never doubt in anything you say or think.
There is a simple task for you: pick 3 to 5 self-confident people, who inspire you. Watch them, how do they talk? How do they carry themselves? What do they have in their behavior, that you don`t have? Answer these questions and make a conclusion (it would be better to do in a written form).
Try to copy their manner of speaking, key actions and basic features, using them in your behavior and speaking. At first, practice alone in front of mirror, then with your close people, and then you can do it with others. This way you will get used to this new part of yourself and soon such confident speech will become your average form of communication.
#4 Graceful body language
Maybe you have already noticed, that moves are one of the basic indicator of person`s confidence.
Work on your body language, get rid of all the bad habits, if you have them. Stop biting your lips, slouching, twitching, touching your clothes and hair. All of these moves are absolutely not attractive. Your moves should be slow and confident, your gestures and moves may remind dance.
#5 Flirting as a ritual
First things first, flirting – it is an awareness and demonstration of your personality and attractiveness. And also it can be your own privilege before other women.
Which woman could abandon her privilege like communication with men, from their attention and desire? Imagine how your life changes, becomes filled with admiring eyes looking at you whenever you are. Flirting with your eyes it is one of the most substantive and effective method which can help you. Try to use flirting, kindness and affability as your “trump card”.
