In the modern world, the problem of waste accumulation is particularly acute for two main reasons, the consequences of which can be very deplorable for humanity.
On the one hand, the reserves of natural resources available on Earth are not unlimited. Their irrational use has led to the fact that today humanity has already used up about a third of these resources. That is why it is important to use them sparingly, at the same time looking for an alternative to them and engaging in secondary processing of already used raw materials.
On the other hand, one of the causes of global warming is called the "greenhouse effect", including because of huge mountains of industrial and household waste. People throw away tons of plastic bags, all kinds of packaging, tires, household appliances and other waste that will take centuries to decompose.
The problem of waste processing is the same for all mankind, but today the states are fighting separately from each other, although many of them show good results.
Today there are many examples of successful and effective waste processing.
Sweden is one of the leaders in waste recycling. 99% of all waste in the country is processed here. With the help of secondary raw materials, houses are heated and supplied with electricity. And if they had more garbage, they would be better equipped for their own energy needs. Such a problem was solved in Sweden by importing garbage from other countries.
