- Remember your "why". Do you know the reason why you started all this…. I like to visualize myself after reaching my personal goal. Really honing in on how I'm going to feel, that feeling gives me the push to get on and get on with the day!
- Set yourself up for success. Controlling your environment is one of the things you really have a lot of power for! Clear your space of distractions or put your phone away for a certain amount of time so you can get things done—these are all examples of how you can help yourself!
- Make sure you take care of yourself! You can't pour from an empty glass! Making sure you are eating right and your energy/mind is clear is key!
If you need to go outside, clear your head and go for a walk/jog, take a break for 10-15 minutes or you feel weak and need a rest day. Do these things! Taking care of yourself should be a priority!
