It is not necessary for a woman to approach a man, to speak to him in order to draw attention to herself. Only with our posture, smile, gestures, we can initiate an acquaintance.

There are two exercises for you to develop non-verbal communication:

💋1 “Wide, not deep”

A woman needs to be open to communication, relaxed, occupy space around her, and not “blocked”. At the same time, it is important not to reveal yourself to the end. Choose a place with a lot of space, so that it is important to reach out for your handbag, place your hands nicely, lean your elbows, showing the man the dignity of your figure. Imagine, that the restaurant you have a date in it is your home, that the people in the restaurant it is your guests. You should feel comfortable and confident, your moves should be wide, so don`t be afraid to move.

You should not verbalize your inner struggles, because men feel it and he can lose his interest. Try to change topic of conversation to something that not so important for your feelings to him. He should be begging for your attention, to win your heart and your mind. It is like a game for him, and your aim here is to keep his focus on you.

💋2 "The State of Mona Lisa"

Remember how the master portrayed the Mona Lisa in the picture. She does not look at us directly, in full face, but is slightly turned to the side. Together with a slight half-smile, this makes the image enigmatic, mysterious.
So you should do the same: don’t look at men directly, like men usually do. Show him a half-smile, keep your back straight, pull your shoulder back and don`t forget to show your beautiful long neck.
