The yard, walls, and roof of the house are decorated with stone and concrete sculptures of various styles. Many depict mythical (such as Atlas, Themis) and religious figures (Christ, the Mother of God, apostles, angels), allegorical images (knights, lions, monks), as well as famous historical figures associated with Lutsk - princes Lubart and Vytautas , Danylo Bratkovskyi.
In total, the building and the surrounding area contain more than 500 works. The author himself preferred to call his house a "vernissage house". Above the entrance there is a family monogram - N. M. G. On the pediment of the house there is a bas-relief depicting members of the sculptor's family: Mykola Golovan himself, his wife, daughter and son. It weighs one and a half tons and is made of green sandstone. There is an "Italian" courtyard, a forge. There are many different details in the yard - blocks of different stones and many large and small sculptures that have not yet found their place in the composition.
The house has original decoration not only outside, but also inside. In particular, inside there is a stone and wood inlaid kitchen with a massive wrought iron fireplace.
The house is surrounded by a fireplace fence, outside of which there are also a number of sculptures. The main one is the sculpture of the Madonna and Child, which stands on the banks of Styr.
