The socio-economic situation of the inherent value of each national model is still of great importance against the backdrop of the propaganda of abstract "universal values" and averaged "human rights". The creators of cross-cultural management at this stage came to the conclusion: all peoples are different, each of them has its own system of values that have been developed over generations and their change cannot take place without damage to the nation.
The ratio of masculinity and femininity also plays a big role in shaping communication between different countries. Even on a find-bride site, masculinity dominates where the social roles of men and women differ greatly. Masculinity is not necessarily accompanied by legal gender inequality. Most likely, we are talking about the desire of women in masculine business cultures to learn many stereotypes of male behavior. But since the site contains predominantly Slavic women, there is no struggle for masculinity. It helps men relax and feel more comfortable. This is my subjective opinion.
The relations of different cultures differ from each other: what is considered the norm in Arab countries turns into something impossible for Ukraine. For example, in Qatar, you cannot walk holding hands. In Europe and America, it has long been customary to have equality in relationships regardless of gender. But in Ukraine there is still a tradition that a man is the head of the family, and a woman is weaker and knows how to be tender, vulnerable, fragile. I, being a completely successful, active, independent Ukrainian woman, still mentally see myself in a traditional family. This is when a man is in charge, and a woman acts as his reliable shoulder, mistress of the house, support. It would be great to mix two cultures in order to get an exotic combination. For example, we would celebrate Thanksgiving and then St. Nicholas Day. The combination of two cultures and traditions turns life into an interesting adventure. As a result, I would like to write an interesting quote that surprised me: “You never lose by loving. You always lose by holding back.” – Barbara De Angelis
