In life, we often come across examples of heroic deeds: extinguishing a fire at its very epicenter, rescuing a comrade in battle, protecting a girl who was attacked by hooligans in a dark alley. But there are also small feats: help a kitten climb down from a tree, help an old lady across the road, share lunch with a friend.
But why do we hear only about individual heroes, while most of the population remains in the shadows? A feat cannot be accomplished without possessing willpower and the ability to control oneself. The heroes who became famous for their exploits did not do them because they just wanted to. This is all a combination of circumstances and personal qualities shown by them at the right time.
In my opinion, people with disabilities and people working with them can be called real heroes, because in fact they perform feats every day. Physical limitations do not affect their will to live, the desire for self-realization. Very often, disabled people are much more adapted to life than completely healthy people. Such fortitude is worthy of deep respect!
It seems to me that it is never too late to accomplish a feat, because there is always a place for it in life.
