1.Stop communicating with your ex
This is the first thing you should do after a relationship breakup. You can't start your life from scratch if you're carrying the weight of the past around.
2.Allow yourself everything for a week

3.Trust your friends
Ask friends for help, they are sure to be able to find the right words to support and not allow you to develop the idea that the whole problem was only you.
4.Change something.
It could be your room: make repairs with your own hands. It could be your hair: update it or change it beyond recognition. It could be where you are now: take a little trip home or to another country.
5.Work
Keep yourself busy, don't leave yourself a single minute to spare. Come home tired enough to go straight to bed. That's until it's all gone. Until your thoughts are gone and you're back to normal.
