why does love end ?
why do people who once loved each other leave each other ?
why do lovers who did marry and believed in love till the end divorce and even sometimes hate their once so beloved partner ?

i think the answer is very simple :
BECAUSE THEY LET GO OUT THE FIRE OF LOVE

for me you can compare love with fire.
if you don't put some pieces of wood in the fire every day, then the flames become only a glimmer and the fire will go out.

what kind of wood can we put in the fire of love to make sure it will not go out ?

there are many possibilities :
- you can make a surprise to your beloved by bringing her some flowers
- or you bring her a small gift (a book, or a cd, dvd…..)
- you can invite her for a dinner in a restaurant
- you go with her to cinema or concert
- you take her out for a dance
- you prepare an ice-cream for her coming home
- you bake a cake for her
- you cook a dish
- you make some jam
- you open a bottle of champagne if you hear her coming in
- …..
all this has to happen without any special reason, simply to make her a surprise, a joy, a pleasure. often you can create a special atmosphere if you tell her to close her eyes, you light a candle, you put her favorite music in,….

my dead wife (she was married three times before) always said, i would have been her only partner who never did the fire of love go out. even after 16 years together we always had to talk about something together, we always laughed, we always stayed spontaneous,….

so if you want your love stay burning, put a piece of wood in every day
