Talk to people you don't know
Feel free to exchange phrases with the cashier at the store near your home, discuss the weather with your neighbor in the elevator, or talk to someone while waiting for the bus at the bus stop.
Enjoy communicating with yourself
Many people crave companionship for one simple reason: they are afraid to be alone with themselves. In noisy company they feel happy, but as soon as the door closes behind the guests, they are devastated. If you notice this trait, urgently begin to work on communication with yourself.
Don't look for friends, make them.
You can spend years looking for the perfect friend who will be right for you on all fronts. Or you can just take a closer look at the people around you, choose a person and try to communicate with him or her as often as possible.
Work on external and internal communication
For external communication to be successful, find friends of interest. For example, if you play sports, join an appropriate sports club. In an environment of like-minded people who share your hobbies and have similar plans for the future, you will be easier to build communication.
Communicate with your family
Communication with relatives is not always the most positive way, but they are your closest people. Believe me, their care and attention is the best incentive.
Accept Yourself
Very often people engage in self-injury. This is especially true of introverts, who reproach themselves for not being too sociable. This is fundamentally wrong!
