Talk to people you don't know

Enjoy communicating with yourself

Many people crave companionship for one simple reason: they are afraid to be alone with themselves. In noisy company they feel happy, but as soon as the door closes behind the guests, they are devastated. If you notice this trait, urgently begin to work on communication with yourself.

Don't look for friends, make them.

You can spend years looking for the perfect friend who will be right for you on all fronts. Or you can just take a closer look at the people around you, choose a person and try to communicate with him or her as often as possible.
Work on external and internal communication
For external communication to be successful, find friends of interest. For example, if you play sports, join an appropriate sports club. In an environment of like-minded people who share your hobbies and have similar plans for the future, you will be easier to build communication.

Communicate with your family
