Travelling has many benefits. There is no denying that it is pure fun. It helps you to grow as a human and understand yourself. It also allows you to enjoy solitude and teaches one to respect all cultures and societies.
Travelling also helps one to achieve mental peace. As you meet different people in different countries, it improves your communication, broadens the horizon, and helps to build up confidence.
Traveling with one backpack is a skill to be learned and perfected. Even the most seasoned travelers fight the urge to over pack (it's about me hehe), and most will probably admit to throwing extra items into their bag at the last minute.
Traveling with one backpack saves your time at airports.

Only 2 rules for traveling with one backpack (at 2-7 days trip):
- believe me, you don't need 5 pairs of shoes, 10 t-shirts, 10 pairs of pants, 3 pajamas etc.
- take only what is necessary (phone charger, power bank, headphones, money, documents, underwear, clothing, something for personal hygiene, some medicine).
he-he I know! It's really simple, and you know this “rules”, but you just to try and travel travel travel travel more and more

What about money for a trip? World a such a beautiful place, where there are many things for free: sightseeing and attractions, cheap hotels, bus and airplanes, foods from supermarkets or street foods. If you plan your trip in advance, you can buy cheaper tickets or accommodation.
