Just wonderful porous pancakes, which perfectly absorb various syrups and jams, go well with both sweet additives and something more substantial - like fried eggs with liquid yolks.
These are the pancakes I make for breakfast.
Ingredients:
Egg base 2 pcs.
Milk 300 ml.
Sugar 2 tbsp
A pinch of salt
Wheat flour 300 grams
Baking powder 2.5 tsp
Butter 60 grams
Recipe: Beat eggs with milk and sugar.
In a separate bowl, sift flour with salt and baking powder. We combine the two mixtures and knead a thick dough.
Add melted butter and mix well again. Let stand 5 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium-low heat.
Lubricate the pan with vegetable oil.
Pour about one and a half tablespoons. dough and lightly distribute it in the form of a circle. the dough layer should be about 4 mm.
Bake for about 1-2 minutes, then turn over and bake for another minute.
Serve pancakes with toppings of your choice. I like with jam or sour cream. Enjoy your meal!
