How do we manage to continue living in a country where there is a war?
Today in Ukraine, the situation with work is not very good. Many houses have been destroyed and people have to adapt to the current conditions. Most Ukrainians have either lost their jobs or work very little due to limited conditions. And I am no exception.
I love to cook, and before, because of work, I didn’t have enough time for hobbies or household chores. I often ran to have dinner in some cafe and did not waste time cooking at home. Now I have a lot of time for these things and I began to get real pleasure from cooking at home. I often listen to audiobooks or other interesting content on my headphones while I'm busy and combine business with pleasure!
Ukrainian cuisine has a traditional dish that every housewife should be able to cook. This is borscht! Ever heard of him? This is a beetroot soup cooked in rib broth with other vegetables and spices. Despite the fact that I love pasta and other international dishes, borscht is one of my favorite dishes. You should definitely try it, and only Ukrainians really know how to cook it!
