Hello everyone who reads my blog! I really want to share my favorite recipe for making Christmas kutya! I think that whoever cooks this dish will really like its taste. The unusual and delicate taste of the dish will fall in love with you from the first spoon! Perhaps this dish will remind you of me :)
So, composition:
✨300-350 g of rice;
✨50-60 g butter;
✨a glass of white raisins;
✨4 tbsp granulated sugar
Cooking method:
✨Rinse the raisins under water beforehand, you can soak them in boiling water for softness and leave for an hour. Then drain the water, and put the raisins on a plate, let them dry.
✨Take a deep frying pan or cauldron, we will cook right in it. If you have a slow cooker, then you can make kutya right in it, it will be great. Put a piece of butter in a cauldron, but not all, but only half. When the butter is melted, put the raisins into it, add tbsp. sugar, stir and lightly fry, about 5-6 minutes.
✨Rinse the rice well before cooking and soak for half an hour, then drain the water. Pour the rice into the cauldron with the raisins, add the remaining butter and sugar. Fry the rice for 4-5 minutes, then pour in water so that it covers about 1 cm of the grits. Cover the cauldron with a lid and simmer for about 15 minutes.
✨At the end of cooking, all the water will evaporate, turn off the heat. After half an hour, arrange the porridge on plates, for sweetness, you can pour it with honey.
Bon appetit!
