Why do we need a healthy lifestyle?

A surprisingly large number of supporters of a healthy lifestyle find it difficult to answer one question - what is it for.
It seems that the answer is obvious: to keep healthy. The problem is that the vast majority of people with some difficulty imagine what full health is.
But health is not only the absence of disease.
No one is surprised by how active children are - it seems that they are ready to rush all day and night, and then you can’t even put them to sleep. Children often show truly magnificent intellectual abilities, easily mastering completely new skills for themselves: speech, walking, writing. Finally, children are much more likely than adults to laugh and experience happiness.
No one is surprised that in adulthood, people most often demonstrate much greater fatigue, reduced physical and intellectual activity, they experience positive emotions much less often - and everything should be different: adults should be more perfect than children, and not vice versa.
It is a healthy lifestyle that is designed to restore a person's strength and vigor, increase his tone and, ultimately, facilitate his path to his happiness.
A healthy lifestyle also has a positive effect on the state of mind - resistance to stress increases, peace of mind becomes much more difficult to shake.
Another equally important result of a healthy lifestyle is an improvement in the quality of sexual life.
Thus, a healthy lifestyle is, simply speaking, restoring the “factory settings” of the body and returning to oneself the very possibilities that were originally available.🚴‍♀️
