First of all, I really want to say that I have been involved in sports and dancing since the age of 10. Now this occupation has grown into work, I opened my own dance studio in Kyiv and teach children.
It's no secret that sport improves physical health, relieves stress and builds discipline. And no less important is the emotional state after sports, I know for myself when leaving the gym, I feel light and energized.
I have identified 5 points-motivation for sports:

-Exercising helps to remove toxins from the body, which makes the skin more elastic and beautiful.
