Let's start with the foods we eat every day 😄
1. ✅ Mayonnaise. Of course, we don't talk about store-bought mayonnaise; we talk about homemade mayonnaise. Home-made mayonnaise contains vitamins A, D, E, K, PP, C and vitamin B complex, which improve the immune system and normalize metabolism.
This is all thanks to the oil and eggs in homemade mayonnaise.
Also thanks to the egg protein, the homemade mayonnaise is rich in various important amino acids and the olive oil improves digestion.
2. ✅ Pasta - for some reason, nutritionists do not allow us to eat pasta, they say that it is harmful, why? The worst thing is the sauce with which we eat pasta. Pasta is rich in tryptophan - an amino acid that helps to improve sleep and mood.
Moreover, the fibre in pasta helps to remove toxins from the body.
The most important thing you need to do before you start eating them is to find a more or less healthy sauce recipe, and pasta will no longer seem so frighteningly unhealthy.
3. ✅ And finally coffee!
Coffee is a very controversial drink. It has a lot of fans, but the opponents of this grain drink is not less.
Of course, the harms and benefits of drinking coffee depend on your health, but more and more studies show that this drink has a lot of pleasant qualities.
Caffeine improves cerebral blood flow, as well as increasing performance and increasing resistance to stress.
Two cups of coffee a day reduces the chance of liver, pancreatic, colorectal cancer, and colon cancer, according to a recent study.
It also reduces the risk of asthma and hypertension.
To get a quarter of the required daily vitamin P intake, one cup of fresh coffee will suffice.
Another nice bonus is that coffee contains pinolic acid, which restores skin elasticity and prevents skin ageing.
However, despite all the benefits, it's still a good idea to consume coffee in moderation.
In our next blog, we'll discuss more unconventional but no less delicious foods! 😻
